Built-to-suit industrial and logistic space
Hillwood’s customers have various, often specific, needs resulting from the nature of their businesses.
We provide “build-to-suit” (BTS) warehouses for our most demanding customers. These facilities are tailored to the customers’s needs, both in terms of the investment location and the technical parameters of the building. In addition to ensuring the purchase of land, we also provide comprehensive design, financing, and implementation of the investment. We offer our customers long-term lease agreements and provide warehouse service and maintenance as well as comprehensive technical management of the property for the entire duration of the agreement.
